• To send marketing      communications, where you have requested them or otherwise agreed — on      the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers who support our operations, such      as our website host (GoDaddy) and our IT and email providers, who process      data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Advertising and marketing      partners — where      an engagement involves us drafting an online marketing strategy or      selecting advertising firms on your behalf, we may share the information      necessary to obtain proposals or implement that strategy, acting on your      instructions.
• Professional advisers,      regulators, or authorities, where required to comply with a legal or regulatory      obligation.

6. International transfers

Our services focus on various markets, primarily the Middle East and Southern Europe. Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area — for example, to a service provider or advertising partner in a non-EEA country — we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our website is built and hosted on GoDaddy's Websites + Marketing platform, which uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality and to measure how visitors use the site (including clicks and individual page visits). You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function may be set without consent.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Enquiry data — retained for up to 24 months      from your last contact, unless an engagement follows.
• Client engagement data — retained for the duration of      the engagement and for 6 years afterwards, to meet legal, regulatory, and      record-keeping obligations.
• Technical data — retained for a shorter period      consistent with security and analytics purposes.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification or erasure; restrict or object to its processing; request data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
